Today the courts upheld a Wisconsin Prison's rule forbidding the playing of Dungeons & Dragons.

Waupun Correctional Institution confiscated inmate Kevin T. Singer's Dungeons & Dragons books and banned the game when they were tipped off that Singer was recruiting others to form a "D&D gang." Singer lost his lawsuit challenging the ban, but is still allowed access to RISK, Stratego, chess and checkers.
