Mine isn't. The full KS version had the statues as plastic/wooden pieces so they could be stacked on the table. Mine just has cardboard punchouts that lay flat. However, mine does have the double-layered Agenda boards, so that your indicator cube doesn't slide around. I got mine from Keen Bean's website after hearing about the game from someone else (I don't hover over KS) and I think he only got a few copies in after the KS was fulfilled. Not sure it ever made it to retail.
