The rep I spoke to at PAXU told me that they expect it to sell out by GenCon. He pointed out the a couple of tracks on the board for the new mechanics, but he wasn't allowed to tell me what the new mechanics were.

Saw the "one" copy in existence at BGG.Con, and we couldn't get any info out of them other then a limited release and that is was a slightly different game.
