I have heard that this game is actually good and fun. The price tag is such that I will not find out for myself.

Have to wait until it is safe to go to game group and cons again to try out some of these more expensive games. Shame none of the reviewers here ever reviewed the base game.

I thought people using the 5E OGL ruleset weren't allowed to mention D&D. Like you can say "compatible with the latest edition of the world's oldest roleplaying game" or something. I could be wrong as its been a while since I looked at the OGL.

Ya we triple checked with our IP attorney, who says you absolutely can use the expression D&D if you are describing that you're game is compatible with its ruleset. That's the most straightforward way to say what you are. You can't claim to "be" D&D, which we don't, and which we aren't. Thanks for checking!

So what is copywrited? "D&D" or "DnD"? It is written with the ampersand but I see DnD used far more often to refer to the game. I see D&D used a lot for law firms, plumbing services, etc. Even the Game of Thrones guys used that shorthand (maybe not officially though).
