Virgin Queen Card Manifest

A friend is helping me out by hosting this for a couple weeks. Ed emailed last night to say he is slammed busy at work and will be delayed in getting his VQ support website up and running. In the meantime he said it would be OK to post this for public consumption. I assume the MS Excel version will be posted very soon as well.

I got my shipping notice, but no box yet.

I read the rules, I'm probably close to ready. I'll give them another once-over when everyone else is ready to go.

Yeah I finally got my notification on Saturday...if the box doesn't come in the next day or two I'm gonna randomly choose someone at work and choke them out. Hopefully HR won't notice.

Someone in my local group better get their copy, because we scheduled a game on May 12th about a month ago!

I checked GMT last night. Mine hasn't even shipped yet. Maybe the people get 1989 and VQ at the same time are at the end of the line.

I just got shipping notices for both games 15 minutes ago. They should be here by the weekend.

Got in my first FtF play this past weekend at a small con - one dude played FOUR games this past weekend.

One learning was that France may look weak early on due to impending revolts and the Catholic league, but can score a lot of points early on thru marriages ( they get extra VP ) and piracy. Make them pay for marriage. Several of us didn't and regretted it later.

Have another game set for this weekend.

Overall impression? Big picture differences from HIS you noticed?
