Pax Porfiriana - VASSAL PBEM was created by Dr. Mabuse
Inspired by our Matt Thrower's VASSAL article on Rock Paper Shotgun, Repoman suggested via facebook that we play some Pax on VASSAL.

Are there any hacendados out there with the cajones to take control of Mexico from Presidente Diaz?

We have seats for 2 more.

Not sure how it works to pass the turn so everybody can see what the others have done. If that can be explained to me, I'm totally down. Live is cool too.

Ideally, there'd be a Dropbox (or Google Drive, or whatever) shared folder where each player would place the logfile of his play. Then every single play is reviewable in step-by-step fashion. Files get named using a scheme that will sort them chronologically, and away you go.

For the F:AT Angola game we just send the file to all players and paste our in-game moves in the email.

Dropbox would work too, I'm good with whatever the consensus is.

I've never done it live before but that could work as well.

@Not Sure, would you be able do some live sessions or did you want to join SG and I for a strictly pbem game?

It might be possible to do live. We're already scattered across every time zone in North America, so I could probably scrape up an evening.

I'm also fine with PBEM. Whatever works for the game. I'll catch up on rules this weekend (and Joel, I know I'm up in HIS... tonight!).

Which Vassal should I be on? I haven't updated in ages because of some long-running games.

No hurry on HIS, consider this my official "I'll be passing" notice.

Pax Porfiriana requires VASSAL 3.2.2 or newer (current release: 3.2.10).
