As to times...I will usually be around in your lots night. I do have some evening time, but rarely later than midnight due to kids getting up for school the next day.

But once a day is for sure, and even more when/if you guys do nights

Yeah, for me too, once a day is no problem also on weekends (unless I'm not home). I will even try to squeeze a move in around 23 GMT, if possible, but I can't promise.
