Short Cut to Remote Gaming Forum (29 Aug 2020)
Since remote gaming has now become a significant part of how we play board games, we have added a short cut to this forum in the menu on the left.
Feast of Legends
I mean, whatever, but for anyone to act like this is anything other than a commercial for fast food garbage is shameful.
Let people have their fun. I don't think anyone is directly going to patronize Wendy's because of this DnD supplement. If anything it just reminds them they haven't had a square burger patty in a while...
I prefer to celebrate the fact someone convinced their boss to pay them to print their dopey home brew with real art. It gives ten-year-old me hope for the prospects of my Star Wars/Pokémon crossover with the West End Games system.

The Transformers, He-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Real Ghostbusters, Star Wars, GI Joe, the 80s Dungeons & Dragons cartoon, Thundercats, M.A.S.K., My Little Pony, She-Ra, Voltron, Inhumanoids, Dragon Magazine, White Dwarf, Jem & the Holograms, Pokémon, The LEGO Movie, countless other things you love that we’re made into Chinese plastic and the entire Disney “experience” all say, “Hello.”
The outrage over this is selective, hypocritical and, most of all, BORING.

It's interesting because they do credit the artists. My guess is the author is someone tied to WOTC or Paizo or whatever and wanted to stay anonymous because who wants to be known as the person who wrote a Wendys RPG? If anything it is a testament to the mainstream penetrance of DnD because there is NFW there would have EVER been a product like this back in the 80's!
