5 Reasons to Play Monopoly Deal!!!

I love the arcade games on Xbox 360 and recently I have been playing one of the newer offerings, Monopoly Deal! I have the actual card game and enjoy it too and if you are not playing Monopoly Deal here are 5 reasons you should!

1. Tom Vasel rates it at 1.5, what more do you need? If that is not a reason to play it I can't think of a better one! Here is what Tom says about Monopoly Deal

Wow, oh wow. This game is so terrible that I just couldn't believe people enjoy it so much. NO strategy! Why work for anything when someone can get better cards than you!

2. Its not a Lifestealer!. I have a friend that has totally been sucked into Destiny on Xbox One. These pre virtual reality, first person shooters have no appeal for me. I liked Doom when it came out but I didnt want to make it my life's work. Monopoly Deal can be played in 10 to 15 minutes, then you can go out and get some fresh air!

3. The Dealbreaker Card...How I love this card! It allows you to steal a complete set that someone has worked so hard to put together. Reminds me of the St Valentines Massacre Card in Family business, TAKE THAT at its best! When you get geeks saying that this card should be taken out of the deck, I know Im on the right track with a good game!

4. Better than Uno...Monopoly Deal is more interesting than Uno when I want a light card game against someone on Xbox. Uno now can be deleted.

5. The Ultimate Equalizer....I love a game where different ages and skill levels can win. call it a luck fest if you like, but that is the way of the world, get used to it!

What if I like playing games for reasons other than imagining someone out there is really irate that I'm playing this?

You are certainly entitled to to that! Being a novice gamer like yourself, you can play games for what ever reason you want. But you may find when you reach the Pro level like me, that you require a little more fun than nerd acceptance

Steve is just WAITING for the day he can put that helmet on. It will be like Lawnmower Man all over again. Dactyl Nightmare was not enough.
