It sounds like a fun game, although two not-so-great things about it have caught my attention. First, assholes are "catching 'em all" at the Arlington National Cemetery and the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. For crying out loud, have some class, people. Second, apparently muggers are targeting players at some stops. I guess that kind of thing is inevitable.

I've been on a family trip through national parks much of the past week; intermittent cell coverage, not watching the news. Saw a warning on an electronic highway sign in Arizona warning people not to play Pokemon Go while driving. I thought, WTF? Then, while we were driving, radio station coverage came and went and we found ourselves listening to some radio station that was playing modern day R&B, I think. While I was counting the # of terrible songs I had to sit through before I requested we find a new station, the DJ started talking about Pokemon. At that point, I told my wife to find another station b/c this one was clearly targeted at a demographic that was not me. I was also starting to wonder what the hell was up with Arizonians and Pokemon. Got back home, today. Now I know.

What National Parks did y'all hit?

Some ladies were talking about this in the lunch room yesterday, one of them asked "What do you do with them once you catch them?"

I LOLed - I'm just as puzzled. I guess it's more the thrill of the chase than whatever comes after.

I caught a wartortle this morning while walking the dog. So stoked, today is going to be a great day!
