Grant Lyon is a nationally touring comedian. Described by San Francisco Weekly as “a hilariously sharp observer, not one of those tired white-guy bellyachers,” Grant has appeared on Comedy Central, Amazon Prime, Comics Unleashed, Sirius/XM and more. His debut album Scheduled Fun Time hit #1 on the comedy charts.

When he’s not touring, Grant loves playing board games. His series Grant’s Game Recs is an amusing and succinct look into some of his favorite games. You can view all his videos and learn about some new games and laugh along the way at www.youtube.com/grantlyon.

Grant’s debut game Curmudgeon is being released by 25th Century Games later in 2020.

Saw this earlier in the year but it looked a bit too light for my usual AT group and too co-opy and strategy-lacking for my euro group (they hate co-ops, need to win by themselves) so left it. A bit pricey in UK £s, probably worthwhile in US $s.

If they do (paid for) add-on campaign packs, even if just for the app, then it would hold a lot more water - aaarrrgh, man them thar bilge pumps.

Honestly it sounds like a far cheaper alternative to ISS Vanguard, and it's already available.

I hope you're kidding :cheer: ... nah, I understand, different strokes for different folks. Personally, unless I wanted some very light gameplay or my lad was still under 15, I wouldn't bother with it.

Yeah it's definitely not a big strategy game. You're more playing it for the adventure and story of it than for the strategy.
