Feel free to do what you want with it. Essentially, I built a card-development tool that allows you to use the first sheet to populate the cards' field (except the art..that's got to be hand-placed). So, I came up with some funky shit to make the game more interesting. I like Aarontu's stuff and that other guy's "Advanced Rules" but they both just seemed to add length to the game when I really think it should be brutal and fast paced deathdealing. Maybe I succeeded, maybe not, but in any event, I've played with these cards a little bit and they're surprisingly well balanced.
LOTS of variety.
Hero Cards - One time use, flip them over. When a board gets moved from back to front, you can flip it back to the face again.
Vehicle Power Cards - One time use, discard. Specific to type of vehicle. There's 2 powers on each, but you can only choose one power to use.
Special Power Cards - Oddball, situational things cards. Single use, then discard, except a couple that get passed to the next player after use.
Setup's simple:
Hero cards are shuffled, the first player takes the top two, chooses one, returns one to the deck, then shuffles it and passes it to the next player.
The other cards are shuffled together, and each player gets three. There's a total of 18 cards in the set, and you never really know what will pop up, so you might get some replay value out of it. So far, I'm not bored yet.

If Matrix was here, he'd laugh too.

That was Bennett from Commando. The mesh shirt kind of looked post-apoc.
