Getting time on professional-grade printing and die-cutting equipment is crazy expensive, that's all I know.

I read the bit about being owed "$300k after legal expenses and other costs" as being a mostly ficticious number. If there are "legal costs" involved either there's a dispute about the original debt, which in itself will inflate the actual liability or a "worst case" damages number trotted out by the aggrieved poster. While it's a fairly substantial number, the fact that the guy trying to collect it is doing so by randomly inserting himself into threads on a boardgaming forum leads me to question exactly how "settled" that dispute actually is. Regardless of Valley's actual liabilities, it just seems like kind of a douchebag move, which thus leads me to question the validity of the claim.
