Looking for PBEM opponents

I'd like to start some PBEM games preferably war games. (Check out my BGG collection.)

My time zone is GMT (+0).

I'm always happy to pick up a game. I'm GMT-5 but keep GMT-2 kind of hours.

What did you have in mind?

Thanks. I'll look on BGG for a game we both have.

Edit: I'll PM you for more.

I'm around to do some PBEM action in the same time zone. I don't own that many wargames, but check it out and see what you find - if we were neighbours, only one of us would need to own a copy to play after all :)

Thanks. We could play some TWILIGHT STRUGGLE.

I forgot to mention above that I prefer live play.

Ah, that makes things a lot more difficult. I only really do PBEM.

moss_icon sounds a good bet for a wargamer opponent, if he has the free evenings. I'm really just a dabbler-trying-to-be-a-novice in wargames so will not volunteer myself, although I am interested in Successors 3 after reading about it (I have played We the People before and thought it was good) and am tempted to bit at Dogmatix's offer to run a PBEM game of this except my absolute green-ness to it stopped me.

Matt, would you still want to play TWILIGHT STRUGGLE?

---

I would join a game of SUCCESSORS, but I don't know the rules yet.

Same here - plus I don't really know much on how these games play either.

It looks like you have enough for Successors but if you need one more let me know.

I'll have a look at the SUCCESSORS' rulebook and see if I like the system.

Have I just managed to volunteer myself for something without knowing it while doing my best to convince everyone I don't know anything about the game !

There's a US guy on BGG wanting a copy of Big City for his ... he contacted me without noticing that my flag didn't have stripes and stars on it.

It's still in the channel as well.

Both Coolstuff and wargamedepot have copies at less than $45.

I haven't read the rules for Successors, but I'm likely to enjoy it like I do the other multi-player CDGs.
