I bought all of Brewmeister's holdings of Nightfall. And I also started looking for bookshelves for my games. There's an unholy pile in my office that needs a bookshelf to call home.

Picked up the new Feast for Odin reprint. Expensive but I'm a big fan of Arles and some of his other games solo.

Recently picked up a couple of decent deals on FB boardgame groups, these are pretty reliable and safe in the UK and people are happy to be paid with Paypal for further protection:
Clash of Cultures with the Civilizations expansion
Fallout with both expansions
Both games are quite good, not ones I'd grab for a first choice play but decent designs that I will play.
Earlier this year also picked for very good prices:
Reichbusters
Civilization: A New Dawn plus expansion
Unsettled with all expansions
Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-Earth plus a few expansions
That'll keep me busy for a year or so ... and then there's some big kickstarters as well. I have a new club to visit and a new group I host for so I have games to keep me going for quite a few years now.

I finally found the Arkham Nights promotional Great Old Ones for 2e Arkham Horror at a good price. My collection is complete.

This month I won a near-complete collection of Millennium Blades from a BGG Geeklist giveaway. It's the base game, Set Rotation, Collusion, and all but one of the mini-expansions. I didn't even have to pay for shipping! I found out I won a couple days before Level 99 had their reprint Kickstarter for the game, which I was going to back if it wasn't for this. I already love the game and was incredibly lucky to get this, so I bought a crap ton of sleeves to protect this. It's all around 2400 cards, so I spent about 7 hours over a week-and-a-half to sleeve them all. No regrets. I now have a spare copy of the base game I plan to give to one of my friends when we meet up at GenCon this year. It's in my top 5 games of all time so this will get play, especially as the storage the Collusion expansion comes with (two TI4-sized boxes with organized dividers), while bulky, will make it easier to sort and set things up.

That's a great prize! My Millennium Blades has been shelf toading for a LONG time. I can't get anyone interested in trying it.

If memory serves, you don't like TTS right? I pitched it to some of my friends who already enjoy CCGs that it's basically a love letter to them. To my non-card gamer friends, I said it is a real-time tableau builder with loads of zany effects. It also helps that my friends love Argent so them learning it's the same studio makes them interested.
If you ever get to play it. have it set up ahead of time. There is a crap ton of cards to sort and shuffle together.

I've played it before. It's just been a long time. And I do not enjoy TTS, it makes every game take 2x as long. So Millennium Blades would be unbearable.
