What you do now is make a very low (i.e. realistic) offer and see if it lights the blue touche paper ...

The Market Info button shows that Civ has sold for $150 and AdvCiv for $300, so he is probably setting a position to take high offers from very rich collectors.

The sad thing is that this package is worth $580 in gameplay...you could spend $1000 and get your money's worth.
HOWEVER, it's a ridiculous price. Is this Troll and Toad? Remember how they were hiring that dude to fix the prices? Never happened.

Barnes, they actually *have* fixed their prices. OOP stuff is pretty much settled in at 2x normal (i.e., every other possible venue) market price; in-print stuff can actually fall into normal online-retailer pricing.
