This sounds like more fun than Thunder Alley or Gran Prix. I'll probably sell something and pre-order it.

The Thunder Alley system needs fewer rules, not more. Grand Prix felt like it added stuff and made the game more thinky and less racey. I'm not convinced this will be any different, unless it's on a very stripped down Thunder Alley core.

For the record that's not a Photoshop filter. That's Adobe Illustrator's Live Trace function.
