Never heard of it, but I'm no GW board game aficionado.

More of a multi-player cardgame.

Had the original, sold a couple of years ago as a 'dust-gatherer'.

This is a reprint of an old Games Workshop game (designed by Stephen Hand) that was based on OGALLA.

It's fun. It's about trying to get a bunch of GW Orks lined up for battle. You have these big player sheets and you try to get the best battle lineup. And of course, there's nasty cards to play on other players.

I have the original, will probably get the update.

Likewise. It's not a bad game, just (like a lot of older games) overlong for what it is.

I'm pretty surprised this one has put in a re-appearance and more so that it apparently hasn't seen any sort of tweaking or updating. On the wish list of GW re-releases I would have thought there were a number of titles which gamers would be wanting in preference: Blood Royale, the "Quest" line, Block Mania (I supposed the 2000ad license might be a problem there).

Fortunately Blockmania still pops up on eBay quite frequently, I had four copies plus two expansions at one stage a few years back when they were going dirt cheap - just got the one Blockmania/Megamania full kit now, plus a spare Blockmania missing a full set of blockers.

Dungeonquest doesn't seem that common on eBay anymore so glad I didn't on-sell mine even though it doesn't get out much at all.

And Blood Royale is virtually never seen, so I'm quite happy to keep mine in the wardrobe even though it never gets played and is unlikely to in the future ... unless we have a F:ATies weekend.

Currently there're two Blocks at £50 and one Mega at £35. Where, oh where, is the cheapness? Time to save the search and be patient. (My copies are poor, it'd be nice to upgrade.)

I was wondering when they'd run the reprint for this as it's a pretty easy game that wouldn't require much more than just printing it out the door. It was a fun filler game we used to play either before or after Battletech or 40k, or if we were too smashed to finish another game. As long as it isn't too expensive it's a fun little pickup but certainly wouldn't be on the top of most peoples lists I imagine.

I *love* Chaos Marauders! Its one of the few games that I can remember all the rules to (which is saying a lot for me.) It was going to be my original Icon before I adopted the tanktop. Kudos to FFG and Games workshop for rereleasing it.

ROCK ON!

You cube-loving bastard! Mutter... Mutter...
(Probably I'd've passed due to no Mega box.)

That seller has some cheap stuff. Those ManOWar sets normally go for a fucking fortune.

Man...sadly, not enough space here to get into MoW or 40k, but I'd really love to...
