Who were the artists parodied in the original version of Modern Art?

I know many of you have played with the old editions of Modern Art, which features fake artists such as Lite Metal, Krypto and Karl Gitter. And I wonder, who are they supposed to be a parody of? I know Yoko is a parody of Roy Liechestein, the plagiarist, but I'm too ignorant about art to know about the others.

Do you know what artists or styles they mock?

I didn't think they're parodying a particular artist. I read somewhere that Dr Knizia just wanted all the art to be ugly to emphasize it's about making profit not buying what you like.

Gutter is reminiscent of Mondrian. Christin P. looks like pointillism to me, but that’s not really modern.
