My favorite, and what I consider the best, podcast about D&D,
Dungeon Master of None
was featuring an an interview with the resident Medievalist at the Smithsonian and author, Paul Sturtevant, about Medievalism in D&D and pop culture in general. Not only was the conversation outstanding but Sturtevant also launched a fantastic website,
The Public Medievalist
, a forum for medieval scholars and thinkers to engage with pop culture and clear up some very muddy history in a language not burdened by "scholarly" writing. That is, they write for non academics.
My point is, the site is great and that they also just launched a series about Games, both video and board, and with so many writers here, it may be a great opportunity for some games experts to get in the conversation over there, and get some eyeballs over here.
