As the President of the USA has everyone on hold for the first official James Webb Space Telescope image, figured a thread about scientific discoveries wouldn't be the worst idea I've had.

When the images, they're releasing more tomorrow, go up they'll be here.

Exciting times! Can’t wait to see what the James Webb returns.

My spouse is a Psychotherapist and currently studying the science of Yoga Therapy so for years now I have been inundated with fascinating information that is wayyy over the capability of my poor empty head. Today I learnt all about Synovial Fluid (make sure you have a good stretch every morning) and yesterday why some yoga moves are better than others for people recovering from trauma (the physical response from certain positions can create an emotional reaction that triggers the trauma to resurface). I’ve forgotten more than I’ve learnt but one thing I know for sure is: do yoga, yo, especially you middle aged folk like us.
