Huh. Just watched this show on amazon and was disappointed about how LITTLE investigating scientific mysteries the show had. Almost none! Every weird science thing was taken at face value, given a cursory explanation or none at all, and then used to launch a deep dive into human characterization, not scientific discovery. Hopefully whatever source material the game is drawing from has a lot more curiosity and wonder.

The game is from the same company as the RPG. The show is its own separate thing.

The Show is more related to Simon Stalenhag's art than the RPG is. The book is amazing, the RPG is pretty cool, but loses some of the wonder of the enigmatic artwork.

I love the show and am totally uninterested in backing the game.
