Huh, so a stripped down Merchants and Marauders? I'm guessing pirate meeples with parrot, cutlass, telescope, and pegleg attachments?

M&M was my first thought, too. Don't know if the ITEMeeples are going to be a thing or not.

I'm curious if this will be a multiplayer solitaire game of pick up and deliver with the mild threat of player v player piracy like a lot of these types of games or if the merchant and/or marauder aspect is more integrated. Guess it depends on the size of the map or however travel is implemented and if there is a strong AI opponent. I wonder if it might play a bit more like Pirates Cove with card locations instead of an assembled map. Hard to say, but shiver me timbers, I'm interested!
