So many endings I missed.

-Invasion of the Body Snatchers
-Halloween III (though I hadn't seen it at the time of recording)
-Carrie
-Night of the Living Dead
-Bride of Frankenstein ("We belong dead." Classic.)

That will teach me for not making a list.

Yeah, the ending of Invasion of the Body Snatchers is AMAZING. Especially f you are talking bout the original. But is it a HORROR movie? I think it's more Sci fi.

The era in which the film was made, the gap left by Universal opened up to mad science, giant monsters, invaders, etc., and horror and sci-fi blended together to the extent it was tough to tell apart. Things have changed now, but from the 1950s to the 1980s, there were a lot of hybrids. Even Hammer did their share. Invasion is an incredibly intense film that still holds up well today.

Both the original and the 70s versions are great. Personally, I prefer the 70s one.

Yeah we certainly missed plenty of good ones. It's a deep topic, ripe with plenty to talk about. I feel like we should have discussed Night of the Living Dead for sure. Great ending. In The Mouth of Madness was another I wanted to cover. Also, The Others was one that we could have mentioned too. Just so many good ones. Perhaps we can revisit this with a part 2 episode at some point.

For those interested here is a brief list of stuff we chat about during the episode:

- Why we like horror movies
- Being scared of VHS movie covers when browsing video rental stores
- And of course horror movie endings...spoiler free. Some that we discuss off the top of my head, "The Mist", "The Thing", "Phantasm", "The Birds", and a few more.

Let us know how y'all like the format, or if we should change anything. Or just let us know if you like what we're doing. We've got 5 or 6 more episodes already recorded and ready to go.
