The first game Psycho Raiders takes place in 1978. 3 campers are pursued by a band of black clad men in gas masks.
Psycho Raiders is a hex and counter horror simulation game. Unlike many games that are very balanced, Psycho Raiders main focus is to deliver the terrifying ordeal that occurred on this grave Halloween night. Camper characters are very weak in comparison to the murderous raiders. The goal of the game is to escape the north end of the map but many characters could be massacred along the way.

Freakface is a fun time. We prefer Psycho Raiders, but there's definite system improvements in Freakface (such as the Look tokens and the lovely DIE-O-RAMAs). I mentioned this in the buying thread - but my primary complaint with Freakface is the dark and mudled map. You can't make out the walls easily and it's a huge pain in the ass.
