Bugs: Recent Topics Paging, Uploading Images & Preview (11 Dec 2020)
Recent Topics paging, uploading images and preview bugs require a patch which has not yet been released.
This is part of a series of bloody matches to the death. Show support for your favorite game so it will do better in the fight. You can support it by writing why you think its the better game and more importantly by betting (i.e. voting for) it. Please make it clear for when I check the bets later. You have until Friday when I tally the bets and declare the winner. I will reserve my bet for any tie-breakers.
Although you should be familiar with both games, there is no rule that says you have to have played both of them. The only rule in Trashdome is this;
Two games enter! One game leaves!

Hannibal is on my top 10 of all games. So... easy vote for Hannibal.

I've been playing it for something like three straight years with the F:AT crew on ACTS. I'm pretty surprised that it beat Twilight Struggle, but that makes voting for it in the finals easy enough. I think I forgot to vote in the semis where it actually needed the help.

Between PBEM and my local crew, I think I'm now on my 23rd full 6-player 1517-start game. That actually makes it my single most played game of any published in the last 5 years....
Hannibal, on the other hand, has way too much competition for attention among the billion or so 2-player CDGs on my shelves.
So, yea, my vote goes to Here I Stand.

I've played HIS but it's too janky for my liking. I don't even know if that's a word but that's how I felt playing it.

I have played somewhere around 20 face to face games. All but one were 6-player and all were the full scenario.
It's my favorite game.

For the last five years there's only been brief pauses, when I wasn't playing PBEM. Face to face only twice.
