Twitter is like being at a huge cocktail party.Who’s there depends upon who you follow - celebrities, strangers, friends, people who share your interests... You can just kind of wander around and eavesdrop on their conversations. Every so often, you might say something, or pass on something someone else said, and for a few seconds a couple of people might pay attention to you. Maybe have a quick conversation with a few friends and then move on and mingle some more. It's all very fleeting.
