How about that simple game when we were kids where you'd get a piece of paper and someone would draw a head and fold it, pass it on and the next person would draw a body and pass it on and the final person would draw the legs - here people randomly choose an option from your categories, maybe add another category or two to get a bit of flesh, and then discuss how the game is going to work ... oh that could be batshit funny ... or just a plain mess.

That's easy to code. I just need a list of mechanics, core settings, and special twists

I think there are many classic games that could stand a zombie retheme.
Zombie chess is a no brainer
