Alright, that's five, who's stepping up to be number six?

So far we have:
Schweig - Pope
Dogmatix - Luther
Sax - French or Ottoman
Me - Anything but England. France or Haps would be my first choices.
Dr_Mabuse - no preference yet
and one more...

Plus a gracious offer from bulwyf to handle moderation during the beginning.

This is a game that sounds like I'd love it but that I'll never get more than two people interested in to play. I've never played it, haven't read the rules yet, don't know what PBEM/Forum system you are using - but if no one else shows up I'll take the last place for you guys.

Yay, for Southerman! The rules aren't complicated, just very verbose. Ottomans are usually recommended for beginners, but since you're a pom you might want to play England.

I am interested, and I've played a handful of times before. I know the rules and I will commit to making my best effort to take my turns promptly. The last time we tried this it was abysmally slow (I was complicit, I went on a honeymoon to Italy in the midst of it)...I think we got through 4 turns in a year and a half. Of course real life will intervene at times and I'm all for making allowances, but I guess I'm only interested if the pace can be kept a little more brisk.

Not to mention, Southernman stepped up first...

I was a placeholder for someone who knows the game - plus if your last game died out on you then you're due a rematch. I'll join in one when there isn't as much interest.

Any preference for powers from Joel or Anthony? England doesn't have any love yet. I had a good time playing Henry but want to try something different this round.

Also, if there are lurkers or would-be-learners, I'll even match Will's generous offer and moderate a game for Southernman and the next five people who stick their hand up.

I just got out of game 3 as Luther, I'm in for another match so long as I get to play any other power.

I have no preference of power, I'll take whatever's left over.
