It's very light, but has some decisions that matter. Kind of a glorified version of War with a funny theme. But it's fun and the app is really well done.

TICKET TO RIDE POCKET is free today (08 Feb 2012). Worth it at that price. The Dukester and I are playing an asynch game on it now. I heard HIVE is free tomorrow? Anyone played that?

Thanks for the note about TtR. Downloaded. Can you play against people on the iPad version using Game Center?

I have yet to play the iOS version of Hive, but I'll be getting that first thing tomorrow. I rarely get a chance to play the real version, so I'm looking forward to it.

Yes, you can play the iPad version locally, but asynch GC play is supported only on the Pocket, weirdly enough.
